As a Holistic Health Coach, I see my clients as a WHOLE person and help them reach their health goals by focusing on several factors, rather than just diet and exercise. I hold a safe space to explore relationships, emotions, joy, satisfaction, social support and interactions, career, mental and financial health, and the way you engage in your day to day activities. Why? Because our habits don’t exist separate from our day to day life. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. 


I use an integrative approach to diet and lifestyle changes to improve clients health. I support people to build new habits and create sustainable lifestyle changes. I walk alongside clients who are ready to dig deep and help them do the work and connect the dots. 


My programs are suited to people who want to:

My Training

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where     I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories         – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.


My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, prevention, movement and mobility, mindfulness, stress management, and meditation. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each health coaching session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

My Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree In Social Communications

  • Master Degree In International Business

  • Certified As An Integrative Health Coach through IIN 

  • Certificate in Reiki, 1st and and 2nd Degree.

  • Certificate of Accreditation – Mental Health First Aid
